Responsibilities and Activities Design and develop employee learning programs that align with organization training needs. Develop and execute programs and projects to evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Research and create training content for specified operations or professional jobs, or key topics. Partner with subject matter experts and other team members, department heads, and HR in order to develop training content and delivery solutions. Conduct needs assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommend training methods accordingly. Develop deep knowledge and expertise for assigned programs and their expected learning outcomes. Work with members of management to determine innovative, effective and sustainable methods for the delivery and measurement of program effectiveness. Manage existing content, including making timely updates based on internal customer feedback and changes in process or business needs. Present training sessions utilizing a variety of formats such as leader-led, virtual, webinar, etc. Schedule training events, coordinate with other instructors, obtain and distribute required instructional materials, and communicate schedules and details. Evaluate student performance and progress. Use an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics Distribute, gather, review and analyze course evaluations, identifying gaps in training needs.
