Manage external job boards and university job postings to fill pipelines for targeted roles. Support in the design of all recruitment marketing materials (physical and virtual). Support in the design of all prospect and candidate promotional items. Build brand awareness locally and nationally. Execute one on one prospect meetings both on the phone and in person with prospects from the pipeline. Develop tailored individual communication based on audience in order to invest prospects into applying to join DSST Public Schools. Conduct outreach to all prospects Manage network referral campaigns Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team for external postings and brand content Event Management Support in the planning and execution of 5-7 high impact events each year. Support in the planning and execution 2-3 high impact virtual events each year. Plan, support, and execute School Visits across the network. Represent DSST Public Schools at all Career Fairs, Networking Events, and Hiring Fairs. Support network-wide DSST Public Schools events. Manage event logistics for self and Hiring Team. Manage travel logistics for self and Hiring Team   Data and Systems Management  Manage recruitment applicant data within our Applicant Tracking System. This includes (but is not limited to) tracking touchpoints, follow ups, search engine optimization, effectiveness of different recruitment strategies, postings, pipeline health, pipeline growth, job posting system, referral system, etc. Identifies trends and recommends remedies. Job Description Recruitment Plan Implementation   – Secure applications from primary and incubator   accounts. Application  goals are based on market, regional / national relations, and historical data. Develop and manage strategic partner accounts which may include college counselor associations and regional / local affiliates of national partnerships.   Manage, Grow, and Develop Partnerships   – Develop and implement a plan to build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as college career counselors, professors, and administrators, high school guidance counselors, and community leaders that produce a consistent and strong applicant pool from the portfolio. Develop and manage the portfolio and key strategic relationship with the goal of expanding the reach of the regional recruitment team. Site Operations Coordinator Featured
City Year Denver is seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator who will create processes to support the efficiency of the site and work in collaboration with the entire City Year staff. Reporting directly to the People & Site Operations Director, the Site Operations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day office operations activities including, building management and vendor relations, office equipment and asset management, budget and expense tracking, accounts payable and receivable processing. The Site Operations Coordinator also serves as site liaison to City Year Headquarters and leads site-based AmeriCorps member support efforts in uniform management, local transportation, relocation benefits, and pantry. Working with the People & Site Operations Director, the Site Operations Coordinator will help plan site events like Opening Day, Principal Summit, and Graduation. The Site Operations Coordinator will help maintain an accurate and robust donor database, ensure all funds coming in are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and donors are acknowledged for their gifts. Additionally, this role will help support two large-scale fundraising events including annual Women's Leadership Breakfast and Ripples of Hope Business Luncheon. Activities may include registration support, set-up, production of needed collateral or materials and other activities to ensure a successful event. Finally, the Site Operations Coordinator will assist the Executive Director with communication and scheduling with external partners, including the Board of Directors and major donors. Additional special projects from the Executive Director will be assigned as needed. Responsibilities: The Site Operations Coordinator will provide cross-functional support across City Year Denver’s various departments and will ensure operational tasks are handled quickly and efficiently to keep the site running smoothly. Financial Management: Weekly processing of all accounts payable, travel, and cash management requests for the site while maintaining accurate documentation. Track expenses and monitor department budget. Timely submission of all financial documentation to Headquarters. System Management: Regularly create, lead, and assess systems for effectiveness for corps support projects including uniform management, RTD bus passes, relocation benefits, and needs-based pantry Assist in development operations including database management, donor acknowledgment, and gift processing Navigate CY systems, including SharePoint, Workday, and Salesforce Relationship Management & Support: Cultivate strong relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external to City Year) through efficient and consistent communication, solution-based thinking, and execution of tasks. Assist Executive Director in scheduling meeting with new and established partnerships as well as City Year Board of Directors Maintain good relationships with all vendors and property management company Support Executive Director and People & Site Operations Director in organizing and executing Board of Directors meetings, All-Staff meetings, and retreats Facilities & Resource Management: Lead efforts to management office space so it positively reflects our brand and individuals take pride in maintaining and using the space.
