Identify community connections that best fit with AmeriCorps members as the Tulsa expert, helping to connect Life/Leadership After City Year plans with networks and availabilities in Tulsa. Leverage relationships with AmeriCorps members to better understand their needs and plans to develop paths to achieving personal goals in Tulsa through City Year. Partner with the Development team to implement strategy to sustain and grow the community engagement within City Year and the schools we serve. Continue Social Calendar Pilot: Leveraging technology, regularly share about events in Tulsa to help shape the perspective of what is happening in Tulsa and measure the impact on AmeriCorps member experience. Continue Mentorship Pilot: Develop and manage City Year Tulsa’s mentorship program, providing Service Leader AmeriCorps members with a mentor outside of City Year for one year.
