Reporting to an Impact Director, the IM plays a critical role in implementing City Year’s school-based Whole School Whole Child (WSWC) service model, mission, and practices. Workforce Education Specialist
We are looking for a Workforce Education Specialist to join our Service Operations team. This will be a blended role serving as a both an Education Administrative Professional and Technical Content Creator reporting to the Education Manager, Service Operations. This person will serve as the administrator for the education department and a training content creator. With development, this person will also deliver training content. The Opportunity: The Apprentice School Leader (ASL) - Principal position is designed to prepare an extraordinary leader to become an extraordinary Mastery principal. Under the supervision of a current Mastery principal, the ASL - Principal will be immersed in school leadership responsibilities, including developing instructional coaching, supervision, and evaluating skills and planning school academic and school culture interventions.
