Overview The diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist (DEIA) project manager is a professional with a proven track record of facilitating change across a large, networked organization. The project manager is responsible for delivering on the vision, goals, and strategy of Ascend's DEIA initiatives, in collaboration with Ascend's officer team, managing directors, school directors, and boards of education. The DEIA project manager will lead the implementation of Ascend's DEIA strategy to increase organizational capacity for DEIA throughout the Ascend community in support of Ascend's mission.
