THE SCHOOL BOARD OF MARTIN COUNTY PROPERTY CONTROL SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS: (1) High School diploma (2) Three years of experience in a large organization with duties involving accounting and/or inventory maintenance and control. (3) Experience in maintaining property records and/or purchasing experience. (4) Ability to lift objects weighing up to 20-30 pounds. (5) Valid FL Driver's License and available transportation KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of state statutes for the maintenance of property records. Knowledge of computers and appropriate software programs. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Ability to plan, organize and establish priorities related to assignment. Ability to carry out job responsibilities and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimum supervision.
