Product Implementation Manager Who are we? MindForge is on a mission to reduce serious injury and fatality rates in the construction industry. Definition: The role of the Product Implementation Manager is to assist the customer to successfully rollout and adopt MindForge products and be the voice of the client. The Product Implementation Manager must understand MindForge's suite of products to ensure full adoption of the product by each customer. This is a salaried position and reports directly to the Vice President. This job includes coordinating and communicating with clients and with the internal team throughout the entire implementation cycle. The Implementation Manager will also work with the business development team to develop customer proposals. Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of products to client organizations and projects. Provide feedback to the internal product team. Act as the voice of the customer. Provide customers insight on new product features. Develop customer success metrics and extract data to measure implementation success. Develop data dashboards. Develop and deliver new user training, includes hosting and onboarding customer employees. Conduct needs assessments with customers. Develop scope documents that describe how customers will deploy products. Ensure successful customer adoption of MindForge products. Work with the Business Development Manager to develop customer proposals. Act as an account manager with clients, running scheduled status calls. Maintain communication with customers on-site throughout the implementation process. Set and continually manage implementation expectations with MindForge team and customers. Implement and manage changes to the implementation scope to promote successful adoption. Report back to the internal team on issues related to quality that are discovered in the field. Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the implementation to all stakeholders. Education and Experience: 5 years of work experience in account management or project management, with an emphasis on software and technology Bachelor's degree required. PMP preferred. Must be comfortable with communicating with business owners. Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
