The Training Coordinator is responsible for creating and designing training materials to prepare and support the OPTA VIA Coaches. This role will work in the Learning Management System for the field. Designs and develops training materials for, and in collaboration with, the OPTA VIA Coaches. Supports front end set up and facilitation of weekly Coach and Client supported webinars via Zoom. Develops and maintains course designs in a timely manner, following all internal review processes. Manages and creates learning activities, reports, evaluations, notifications, and system audits in the Learning Management System (LMS). Proactively identifies and resolves potential and actual issues in the LMS and with training materials. Coordinates onsite LMS testing efforts and system upgrades. Administers the LMS and ensures all OPTA VIA Coaches have the appropriate level of access to the system. Maintains documentation and standard operating procedures for course maintenance processes. Makes recommendations for process improvements and ensures all documents, guidelines, and training materials are in the OPTA VIA training library. Bachelor's Degree in business, graphic design, instructional design, or related field or equivalent work experience. 2 - 3 years' experience in instructional design. Direct selling experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to travel 10%.
