The available position reports directly to the Application Operations Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of an identity system as well as functional and regression testing. As a member of the Application Operations team you will be responsible for the success of an identity system, as well as assisting the Quality Assurance Team with end to end testing for product releases. In This Role You will make an impact Gain valuable hands on experience Be paid Your Role Individual will support single sign-on(SSO) systems and services (ADFS/AzureAD/Okta) and will assist in migrating enterprise systems to new SSO provider. Will be part of a team that owns Identity Access Management system(s) including business partnership, requirements management, quality assurance, maintenance, and support. Individual may provide miscellaneous application operations services to all IT teams including SIEM monitoring, phishing email review, vulnerability management, SFTP, proxy technology, Linux administration, etc. Will be part of a team that owns users, groups, and role management in Active Directory. Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for application modules Ability to write test cases and execute testing in a web environment Test new applications, with or without the use of formal test cases/scripts Requirements Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, SSO, SAML, PowerShell, IIS or Identity Management preferred. A technical knowledge of Identity infrastructure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Background in reviewing business and functional requirements for applications.
