Description Help create and implement the organization's integrated digital/email/content and social media model, encompassing the development of existing websites, sales flyers, and blogs. Incorporate information appropriately for social media channels, blogs, and sales flyers that attract attention generates interest and is easily shared by key audiences. Utilize A/B testing, click-through-rates, website traffic, and social media engagement. Work with internal team members and external consultants to develop graphics, digital brochures, factsheets, email campaigns, e-newsletters, presentations, podcasts, videos, and other communications assets. Requirements Thorough understanding of and experience with organic and paid campaigns on social platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Experience using Pardot and Salesforce preferred. Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and enterprise search platforms, current certification a plus. Exceptional promotional copywriting and editing skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate creative concepts and strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders with varying knowledge of marketing concepts and execution. Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate results of all campaign activities. Knowledge of Word Press, CMS and web editing software a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business, or related discipline. Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing and integrated media planning and/or related fields, including search advertising, digital, social, native and display, SEO, SEM, and PPC, with demonstrable knowledge of the use of data, content, and technology to influence consumer behavior Strong written and verbal communication skills Innovative, entrepreneurial self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills Experience with nonprofit and social service organizations a plus.
