Qualifications: State of Michigan Teacher Certification with American Sign Language for secondary education endorsement required. Applicant must demonstrate their proficiency in ASL by scoring at least Advanced Low on the Sign Language Proficiency Interview (SLPI) and have formal documentation of this proficiency.
