Job Description Title Code: Technician: Preventative Maintenance JOB SUMMARY Performs preventive maintenance on various types of HVAC equipment within Anne Arundel County Public Schools' facilities. Based on the needs of Operations, the work hours for this position can be either first shift or second shift. Must be flexible to work all shifts as needed. The position is considered essential personnel for emergency situations, including inclement weather conditions.
