Job Description Under the direction of the NEOnet Executive Director, the Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing accounts payables, district invoicing, assisting with E-Rate, NEOnet projects, and payroll processes. This position has a FSLA status of Non-Exempt. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Payable Duties, which include but not limited to: Assist with the processing, verifying, and posting of all purchase orders, expenditures and invoices. Assign numbers and encumber purchase orders. Assign vendor numbers. Process and distribute copies of vendor checks and purchase orders. Prepare all invoices for payment.
