SUMMARY Manages and implements strategic program plans. Oversight of complex program(s), department and/or grant level responsibilities or multiple components of an overall program/department/grant. (A "Program" refers to carrying out a specific service or specific activity within a department or the district.) (This classification is differentiated from the Senior Program Coordinator by the level of the program/department/grant and the strategic decision making involved within these areas.) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree. Four years of experience administering or coordinating programs. Proven expertise of federal and state legislative requirements related to specific program, department or grant. Any combination of experience, training, or education.
