Job Description Title Code: Technician: Administrative Curriculum & Assessment JOB SUMMARY Performs responsible and complex secretarial duties in support of the assigned area. Performs complex accounting duties in support of Curriculum and Assessment grants; processes budget paper work for schools and Central Office staff, composes correspondence and related documents, establishes and maintains detailed office records for Federal, State and local audits and reporting. This position may assign, distribute and coordinate the work of other clerical/clerical secretarial staff in the Department Office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as the administrative technician to the director and professional staff. Answers and screens telephone calls.
