Job Description *This position begins 1/1/25 FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE The School Improvement Director provides on-site improvement services and support to Turnaround schools within the district that are Title I CSI/TSI. This position will support district leaders in their efforts to support schools in sustaining the school improvement efforts that yield positive student outcomes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works collaboratively with the school-based leadership team to develop and implement professional learning to support the needs of the school.
