Job Description Under the primary supervision of the Clinical Manager and with supervision input from Behavior Therapist, the Behavior Therapist's (BT's) primary duty is to teach new skills to clients at Crossroads Learning Center. The BT provides instruction to clients through the implementation of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The BT is responsible for helping clients achieve their goals and objectives outlined in their Treatment Plan. The BT is also serves as the Case Manager for 1 to 2 clients and is responsible for helping design and modify curriculum, learning materials, and behavior programs.
