Job Description Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: Non-Title 1 Schools will require High School Diploma or Title 1 Schools will require 48 college credits, DOE certification or portfolio; Experience with children and adolescents in an educational setting; Must have ability to carry out a specially designed behavioral intervention plan for students with complex, physical, emotional, social and/or cognitive needs; Must be willing to successfully complete a 40-hour RBT training program over the course of several months or a portfolio of similar training approved by district office. Must be willing to successfully complete CPI training and certification. Specific Core Function: Behavioral Support Technicians are assigned throughout the Manchester School District, from pre-school to high school levels.
