The Director of Professional Development and Education is responsible for the professional development, management, planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement through outcome measures, innovation, program development, and consultative services for KFH or SCPMG nursing and non-nursing employee populations at all levels at more than one medical center and associated outlying facilities and for education/development services at the inpatient or out-patient facilities in an entire local Medical Center (i.e. Orange, San Diego).
