Job Description City of Staunton - Blue Ridge Court Services Part-Time Pretrial Officer Position Blue Ridge Court Services, a public non-profit agency providing alternative sentencing options for the courts in the Central Shenandoah Valley, is seeking a pretrial officer. This position will focus on the supervision of individuals with serious mental illness referred from the magistrates and courts of Staunton, Augusta and Waynesboro. A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work or criminal justice is required. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. Previous experience in criminal justice preferred.
