Danville School is searching for a high school paraeducator to work with students in both classroom and small group settings. Applicant should have experience working with individuals that have a variety of needs, the ability to be flexible, to help implement academic plans, and above all, build a trusting and positive relationship with the students. The right candidate will promote a consistent, caring, and educational learning environment that supports the student(s). The paraeducator will provide instructional services under the direct supervision and consultation of the special educator and classroom teachers. The position follows the CCEA collective bargaining agreement for benefit and paid days off.
