Position Title: Dean of Restorative Practices Reports to: Assistant Principal of Culture FLSA Status: Exempt, Full time, 12 month position OVERVIEW The Dean of Restorative Practices (DRP) leads the school's implementation of positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) to create a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment that promotes campus safety in all ways. The DRP will create, facilitate, and maintain systems for documentation - including regularly reviewing behavioral data to inform school programming and interventions. The DRP is responsible for communicating with appropriate campus, community, and district stakeholders in a timely and responsive manner.. The DRP will work in partnership with the Director of Restorative Practices and act as a liaison with Los Angeles Unified School District for high-level disciplinary cases, and may also be expected to interface with outside agencies.
