Time is split 85% and 15%, respectively. Transition Services are provided through a cooperative program Transition Partnership Program (TPP) contract. This contract is between the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and Green Dot Public Schools. Case carriers, school counselors, school psychologists, and school administrators refer students between the age of 16-21 years old, to TPP. The School Psychologist will also support the school by consulting with the Student Support Teams (SST) and providing support with the intervention process.
