Working as a camp's Fishing Instructor, you will create and teach a curriculum for children, aged from 4 to 15, from the shore of beautiful Lake Massapoag. You will be responsible for teaching the fundamentals of fishing while keeping it fun, diverse, educational and age-appropriate. You will be responsible for activity periods for groups of around 15 children at a time, assisted by 1 or 2 Counselors. The Fishing Instructor will: Ensure campers' safety while fishing. Teach campers about the local fish. Educate campers on the importance of taking care of our natural environment and the reason why we catch and release fish.
