Job Description PUTNAM COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Operations Specialist JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS: (1) High School Diploma or equivalent. (2) Minimum of two (2) years experience in the Putnam County School System. (3) Proficient in the use of the school system mainframe computer and PC spreadsheet, preferably "Excel". (4) Valid Florida Driver's License.
