Job Description: English Language Development Reporting to: Chief Instructional Officer Summary : The Director of English Language Development (ELD) will lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of instructional strategies to boost the academic performance of English learners. This role involves close collaboration with school site administrators, ELD Coordinators, cluster data teams, and other team members to develop effective strategies that drive student achievement, ensure equity and access, and close the achievement gap.
