Job Description REPORTS TO: Director of Transportation EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular, full-time (260 days) FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clerical and office management support to transportation department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage driver routes including changes, updates and creation of routes. Includes inputting the information into the Routing system, as well as, communicating changes in routes to the drivers. Assist with the scheduling, coordination and planning of annual in-service for employees in department. Follow procedures for employee and student accident reporting including notification to proper authorities and administration. Pull and review bus videos as needed. Create spreadsheets for department use, generate purchase orders, and other clerical duties such as filing, creating new hire files, maintaining certifications, updating records and etc. Answer calls and inquiries from the buildings,...
