Job Description JOB SUMMARY : Under the general direction of the School Principal, a Secretary II provides services of a general, special, technical, sensitive and/or confidential nature. QUALIFICATIONS/ COMPETENCIES: High School Diploma or GED A minimum of three (3) years of successful experience or training as a secretary. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of personal computers and software related to job responsibilities. Experience with Apple computers and Google platform a plus. A professional manner Good interpersonal communication skills A willingness and capability to work beyond the normal workday. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs high-level secretarial tasks and managerial duties. Maintains a wide variety of office records, files, and reports.
