SUMMARY Under the direction of the Executive Director of Human Resources and Communications the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will be the strategic lead for the design, cultivation, constant evolution, and management of Crane's employer brand throughout the candidate journey. Every candidate touchpoint will need to be properly implemented and nurtured. This role is also responsible for creating the recruitment marketing roadmap for our district.
