Syntrio, Inc is looking for a skilled Product Development Project Manager to manage multiple product development work streams and related initiatives as we grow the products and services we provide to our customers. As a fast growing company, it's important that candidates can jump in and handle a wide array of tasks to create success. Responsibilities: Manage implementation of projects, research, and development plans for new products: Manage multiple, concurrent projects and maintain project plans, status, and issues; collaborate with project team to resolve issues or identify alternatives. Ensure development and related project work is completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. Address or escalate to Management any issues preventing projects from achieving objectives; support post project analysis of issues as requested. Ensure work is distributed effectively to project team, clarifying any questions on objectives. Manage project issues by ensuring visibility, determining root cause, facilitating solutions, driving to timely resolution and actively communicating to business stakeholders and customers. Assist with business and technical requirements gathering with business stakeholders. Develop project plans: Develop and recommend to business stakeholders timeline, budget, work steps, and assignments including accountability of vendors and external partners. Develop scope and recommendations to Management. Plans may include product development, customer implementation, translation projects Collaborate with third-party partners and other business stakeholders: Collaborate with partners to ensure materials are available and manage expectations for product, launch, and availability. Communicate project scope and work with Management to qualify any requests to expand scope. May include other responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, 2-5 years of project management success (Preferred) Project management certification and experience or certification in agile methodology (Preferred) Expertise with various project management technologies/software and their use, such as JIRA, Asana, Wrike, Podio, Monday.com, etc. Experience working with vendors, including RFP development, negotiation and management of a scope of work Ability to hold a cross-functional project team with internal and external members accountable to meet deadlines within budget and identify alternative approaches to address issues Interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and business audiences at all levels, at internal and stakeholder organizations About Syntrio For almost 20 years, organizations have relied on Syntrio's knowledge, experience, and support to deliver and manage their business and compliance training.
