Job Description PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE: • Serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Delmar School District and Secretary of the Board of Education; responsible for the daily administration of the District; provides educational leadership in dealings with parents and/or relevant constituencies within or outside the District. • Maintains high student achievement through the design, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programming; ensures the strategic professional development of administrative, instructional, student services, and supporting services staff members. • Prepares relevant statutory reports and recommendations. • Supervises the Chief Operating Officer.
