PARAPROFESSIONAL ( SPECIAL EDUCATION) DESCRIPTION Paraprofessionals generally support students in PreK-5 Inclusion programs, middle school (Grades 6-8) co-taught programs and the high school inclusion program. Paraprofessionals do not generally have child specific assignments, but rather are assigned to a classroom or classrooms. REQUIREMENTS High school degree or higher Enjoys working with children and is dedicated to the education of all children Experience working in an urban district. EPS respects linguistic diversity and believes that candidates who speak another language bring value to the district culture and diversity.
