Job Description JOB GOAL : The Magnet Site Coordinator will have significant responsibility for all implementation aspects of the specialized magnet program. This dynamic position requires a passionate education professional who will oversee program implementation, coordinate professional development, manage data collection, lead recruitment efforts, and support theme-based curriculum development. The Site Coordinator will play a lead role in the school-based outreach, recruitment, and family and community engagement activities. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position is a nine and one-fourth (9.25) month contract (190 days), plus a benefits package.
