We are seeking a Master's level clinician to provide individual and family therapy through St. Ann's Community Outreach Services. Qualified candidates must be licensed or license-eligible, either mental health counseling or social work. This clinician may also supplement therapy and case management services within our short term, acute care program, residential program and therapeutic day school. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to, maintaining a full caseload of clients in Outpatient, CBHI, CBAT, and TCU levels of care, fulfilling paperwork requirements, interfacing with collaterals, and other case management responsibilities.
