Job Description The ELL/Special Education Tutor will provide language instruction and support to the EL students in self-contained settings throughout the district, including in alternative programs such as Rivermont, Minnick, etc., as well as dually identified ELLs who are homebased while waiting for a school/program placement. The ELL/Special Education Tutor will collaborate with the ELL teachers responsible for these students' ELL services as well as communicate with the students' SPED case manager regarding language services needed to help the student meet his/her IEP goals.
