Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Facilities Director oversees the management, maintenance, and operation of the school facilities and grounds to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments for learning. This role involves planning and directing maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping staff; managing budgets and projects; ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards; and coordinating capital improvement projects. The Facilities Director serves as a key advisor to school leadership on infrastructure needs, sustainability initiatives and safe work habits.
