PelotonU is a non-profit founded in Austin, TX, in 2012. We primarily support students in Texas, with most of our students located in Greater Austin and growing pockets in DFW, the Rio Grande Valley, and throughout the state. We offer students aged 18-65+ a flexible, affordable pathway and support to graduate on time and achieve their long-term financial and career goals, regardless of income or zip code. Many of our students either cannot or choose not to pursue a traditional four-year, on campus degree. By partnering with competency-based university programs, we provide personalized advising and coaching from enrollment to graduation.
Since our founding, we have provided college and career advising to 1,200+ prospective students, formally welcomed 600+ students into PelotonU, and enabled 200+ graduates to earn 250+ associates and/or bachelor’s degrees. On average, PelotonU participants are at least two times more likely to graduate on time than students attending traditional 2 and 4 year institutions without our support. And half of our students graduate with no debt.
