Operations and Engagement Associate Campaign for Grade-Level Reading This is an opportunity to help lead the day-to-day execution of a national learning and engagement agenda that connects people, elevates local voices, and advances early school success for children growing up in economically challenged families across the country. The Operations and Engagement Associate helps bring CGLR's Learning and Engagement Opportunities (LEO) framework to life by coordinating the operations, communications, and technical execution that make virtual learning experiences feel polished, welcoming, and easy to access. This role supports the Chief Learning Officer and a distributed team to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions that connect leaders nationwide and advance early school success for children and families.
