1DROP is a collective of underrepresented private and nonprofit real estate developers, addressing the Puget Sound housing crisis. Our mission is to support the growth of underrepresented real estate developers in order to build more housing in the PNW. We are committed to empowering developers of color to create housing for all wages, all stages, and all ages, expanding access to homeownership and generational wealth. Conceived in 2024, 1DROP officially launched in January 2025.
