JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Deputy Administrator, the Destination Stewardship Manager supports the
implementation of Kilohana’s destination stewardship programs, including initiatives funded through the Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority (HTA) Destination Stewardship RFP. This role focuses on coordinating program delivery, technical assistance, and capacity-building efforts that advance community-centered, regenerative tourism across Hawaiʻi, while working closely with internal teams, HTA, community partners, and subcontractors to ensure programs are delivered with cultural integrity, operational excellence, and alignment with the Hawaiian Council’s broader goals.
