Description Albany Community Action Partnership (ACAP)   partners with families and communities to expand opportunities and build stronger networks to foster upward economic mobility.   ACAP is seeking a skilled Grant Writer to support our mission by developing compelling grant applications and securing critical funding that directly impacts individuals and families in Albany County. This role is responsible for researching and identifying prospective funders, preparing high-quality applications, and ensuring timely reporting to federal, state, and private partners.
