Job Description Who We Are Looking For: Are you the School Director we have been looking for? In this role, you will provide strong instructional and operational leadership across two campus locations, fostering a cohesive school community focused on academic excellence, social-emotional growth, and postsecondary readiness for students with complex learning profiles. The Victor School is a Massachusetts Approved Private Special Education Day School Program serving students in grades 6-12 across campuses in Acton and Sudbury, MA. Our students have diverse learning profiles, strong academic potential, and postsecondary goals that are supported through a rigorous, highly supportive educational environment.
