Job Description Under the direct supervision of the Superintendent of Schools, the Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Administration is responsible for all administrative and advisory work relative to the business and non-instructional operations of the Andover Public Schools. Job Description Description Under the general direction of the Principal, provide curriculum, supervision, administrative, and instructional leadership to facilitate the educational development of all students and promote a healthy and safe school environment. Responsibilities Assist in the supervision and implementation of the school's educational programs. Working in concert with the building principal, program coordinators and program heads, assist in the development, revision, and evaluation of the curriculum, and in the in-service training of teachers.
