Job Description POSITION: Day Care Program Manager JOB GOAL: To manage a safe and welcoming day care program at multiple sites in the Arlington Public Schools for the benefit of APS teachers and staff. QUALIFICATIONS: This person should demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with children, families, staff, and community members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. At least 5 years experience working in a daycare or childcare setting. Leadership/Management experience preferred.
