Position Title Coordinator - Teacher Engagement Custom Job Purpose Reporting to the Teacher Engagement Leader, the Teacher Engagement Coordinator contributes to the development of novice teachers by serving as an extended resource after the completion of TIPS. The Teacher Engagement Coordinator will assist the Teacher Engagement Office in its efforts to ensure that novice teachers are continually provided information on best educational practices, Florida standards, and Polk County community involvement by distributing education related articles, facilitating live and electronic group chats, and building teacher team and culture building while reinforcing our School district's mission and vision.
