Job Description 8th Grade West Clermont Middle School Principal Administrator Level V 223 work day calendar West Clermont Middle School has recently redesigned its administrative structure in an effort to be even more student-centered and relationship-driven. Beginning with the 20262027 school year, WCMS will utilize a grade-band principal model with dedicated principals serving 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. This position is for the 8th Grade Principal and will provide leadership and support for approximately 500600 students and approximately 31 staff within that grade level community.
