Job Description REPORTS TO: Director of Evaluation and Performance Management POSITION OVERVIEW: The Performance Management Team (PMT) develops and deploys tools and resources, professional learning experiences, and direct consultation to school and district leaders in order to provide employees with clarity, support, and accountability for meeting the needs of students and families in BPS.
