Job Description Head Start Early Childhood Services Director / Education & Disabilities Manager - Full Time Contracted 260 days / annually Salary: Commensurate with experience & education Position Summary: The ECSD serves as the lead manager of the education and disabilities programmatic areas of the Head Start program. The ECSD is a part of the Head Start administrative team. The ECSD supervises the education team and is the primary liaison with LEAs and ESCs for disability services. Qualifications & Requirements: Per the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or a closely related field* with at least 4 courses of ECE concentration) is required.
