Job Description General Definition of Work The Executive Director of K-12 Academics, under minimal supervision, performs senior-level work with extensive decision-making discretion developing, monitoring, and coordinating districtwide academic initiatives across grade levels and core content areas. Position collaborates with School Performance Areas, instructional teams, and central office departments to ensure the implementation and distribution of instructional resources align with Board of Education policies and the district's strategic priorities for student achievement, in support of and under the direction of the Chief Academic Performance Officer.
