Job Description General Definition of Work The learning community executive director, under minimal supervision, performs senior level work with extensive decision-making discretion coordinating instructional support services to assist schools in achieving desired student achievement goals. This position will support the assigned Learning Community to serve the needs of the schools and community. Employee will oversee principals in assigned areas to resolve school-based concerns and problems. This position is responsible for assisting principals and teachers in striving for maximum student achievement. Employee performs advanced and supervisory work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures related to a wide variety of programs and activities under the direction of the Learning Community Assistant Superintendent.
